

Role:
Gab as Operations Officer (‘O.O.’), reports to the Vice-Chair, Chair, and President, effectively serving in the direct oversight of daily operations, and ensuring efficiency in operations. This involves developing and
implementing Policies and Procedures, and other strategies to streamline processes, optimizing workflow via fundraising, and utilizing resources effectively. The O.O. will be responsible for implementing financial controls – ensuring processes for transparency and accountability amongst other leadership and that such
transparency appears in the organization’s reporting/Annual report. The O.O. will be involved in the utilization of the donor management/CRM software to it fullest potential to maintain connection with the
organization donors and keeping them actively involved. The O.O. will be involved in yearly budgeting projections, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial stability. Lastly the O.O. will work closely with the Corporate Governance, Compliance and Audit Officer & Legal Counsel – ensuring compliance with Legal and Regulatory requirements.

Biography:
Gabrielle “Gab” Leonetti is the Director of Marketing at Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE | CORFAC International), where she leads the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple divisions including brokerage, property management, and business development. She joined WCRE as the Sales Team Marketing Coordinator and was quickly promoted to Marketing Director, a testament to her creativity, innovation, and leadership.
Gab’s background spans multiple industries, giving her a well-rounded understanding of business operations and client service. Her experience includes marketing, accounting, administration, sales, compliance, and financial management—skills that have allowed her to thrive in both corporate and client-facing environments.
Before joining WCRE, Gab served as Marketing Director at American Asphalt Company, where she developed and executed integrated marketing campaigns, managed digital strategy, and elevated brand awareness through innovative communication initiatives.
Prior to her marketing career, Gab worked as a Mortgage Lender with Acre Mortgage, where she honed her knowledge of financial compliance, due diligence, confidentiality, and client relations. In this role, she guided borrowers through the lending process, ensuring accuracy and integrity in every transaction while maintaining strict adherence to financial regulations.
Earlier in her career, Gab worked in the medical field—specifically in oncology and obstetrics billing—where she managed patient accounts, coordinated with insurance providers, and collaborated with charitable foundations to help patients afford necessary treatments. Her dedication to patient advocacy included navigating complex coverage issues, establishing payment plans, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
These experiences fostered Gab’s deep sense of compassion and her commitment to helping others through both her professional and personal endeavors.
Her diverse career path—spanning healthcare, finance, and marketing—has shaped her into a dynamic, strategic, and empathetic professional capable of seeing both the human and business side of every challenge.
As Vice President of the WCRE Foundation, Gab helps lead charitable initiatives across South Jersey and partners with organizations like the Children’s Heart Foundation to further her mission of giving back. She has extensive experience raising funds through golf tournaments, charity walks, and community drives, as well as securing sponsorships, organizing events, and coordinating food and toy collections for families in need.

As a heart mom herself, she understands the weight of medical debt and the impossible choices families often face.
Gab’s journey as a heart mom to her son, Luke—born with Complete Atrioventricular Septal Defect (AVSD)—inspired her lifelong commitment to advocacy and philanthropy. She uses her experience to raise awareness for CHD and support families of medically fragile children.
