

Role:
Tab, as Treasurer, reports to the Vice-Chair, Chair, and President, effectively serving in the direct oversight of fundraising, merchandizing sales, banking, bookkeeping and controller. This is one of the most senior responsibilities, overseeing the organization’s assets and financial management software and filings. Additionally, the Treasurer will strategize with the senior leadership and manage the cash management, risk management & financing needs that supply Rocky’s House mission. The Treasurer will be deeply involved in forecasting and yearly budgeting projections from all cash-flow producing activities of the organization. The treasurer will work closely with the other Sr. Leadership & the Board of Directors, making recommendations and evaluating various ventures for viability.

Biography:
Timothy Bullard, also known as “Tab,” serves as the Director of (R.E.) Development for Zimmerman Properties, overseeing development across its entire portfolio spanning 10 different States from the Midwest to the Southeast. Tab’s passion for helping and being there for others lead him to his current role and board seat for Rocky’s House. Tab graduated in the University of Georgia in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In 2002, he took an internship with a real estate accounting firm in the City of Atlanta and then full-time position. Tab split his career within the firm doing real estate accounting and consulting work, and then joined Zimmerman Properties in 2011, a family-owned affordable housing real estate development company based in Springfield, Missouri. He has been successful in developing over 3,000 units of affordable housing across 4 of the Southeastern States.
Tab is a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, and credits many of his life successes to the bonds and values brought to him through his pledgeship and service as a brother in the fraternity, something he continues to honor by maintaining his involvement to this day as a graduate brother. Tab met his wife, Emily, in 2001 and immediately were inseparable. They have three children, Ryland, Peyton, & Braxton. Tab and Emily, and their children, have lived in the Smyrna/Vinings suburb of Atlanta since 2002. Tab is incredibly honored to serve on the Board of Rocky’s House, and he looks forward to honoring the life of RJ “Rocky” Lynn with his service to the same.

Timothy's vision for Rocky’s House:
Short-Term Goals for Rocky’s House:1) Establish connections with children’s hospitals in the Atlanta MSA. 2) Grow the financial capacity Rocky’s House through donor contributions.
Long-Term Goals for Rocky’s House: 1) Create an investment fund to establish returns on investments. 2) Attract large corporations and other foundations to donate to the long-term sustainability of Rocky’s House.
